Preliminary root cause: This issue is related to previous incident INC0155757. Our investigation determined that a failure was occurring during a recent automated infrastructure configuration update, causing a subset of infrastructure responsible for routing Snowsight request traffic to enter a degraded state. We have temporarily disabled the automated configuration update process while we fix the underlying issue.

A root cause analysis (RCA) document will be published within five business days.
